Hi.  I bought and downloaded mass effect through Origin and access the game through the Origin portal.  I have some mod-related issues.  If I uninstall and then reinstall, will that give me a clean copy of the game?

I'm not sure if this will affect mods because I don't use any myself, but a repair is much faster than a full reinstall. Just right click the game in Origin and select the 'repair game' option.

Additional to Fred, a repair will vanilla the game and purge all Mods. (Exceptions are changes to some "ini" files.)
