Saren Gamperic?

I just beat Mass Effect on Hardcore, and I got the achievement which is supposed to give you the Saren gamerpic., but it hasn't appeared in my gamerpics. I know what it looks like, but it isn't available like it should be. I'm playing on Xbox One.

I still don't have the gamerpic. Is it available for Xbox One as well as Xbox 360? I got a notification saying I got it once I finished the game on hardcore.
