[STEAM] Unable to register / Launch game

I purchased this game on steam, and I cannot register it as it says I have an invalid registration key. It does not launch it just insta closes.

@Ria_GamingIt sounds like you need to reach out to Steam support. As I understand the code should be automatically be applied to the account, and if there are issues with this Steam support should be able to assist. 

As an alternative you can try redeeming the code in Origin, but it may not work if it's a dud.

Ok I will try steam support. I right click the game and it says to register here, so I assumed it was a problem for here lol. All very confusing as mass effect 2 works, and does not require registering :P all so very odd.  Thank you.
