I redownloaded Mass Effect from Origin today, and upon trying to start it, I get a prompt asking me to resubmit my registration code. It won't accept the code that is preloaded into the box.
I need to contact a 'Game Advisor' I think, but I'm living in Hong Kong at the moment, and the website won't allow me to give my HK telephone number for a call-back. Additionaly, the wait time for help through the online live chatting service is being estimated at 90-110 minutes...??!!?? Is there someone who I can call to help me with this?

On the support site, you can change your region if you want faster wait times. Change the region to the Netherlands, for instance, pick e-mail or chat support and just start typing English. Then send a tweet to http://twitter.com/askeasupport with the request to escalate the issue and give them your ticket number. This has worked for me in the past.
