Red/blue off sync Mass Effect 1

In mass effect 1, all of a sudden the red and blue are off kilter.  It's like seeing double, only not as much fun.  I suspect this had to do with my upgrade to Windows 8.01.  Is there a patch?  Something I can change in options or the config program?

Actually that didn't do it, but updating the video card driver did the trick.

Have you maybe enabled a 3D mode on your video card? Try resetting the video card default settings.
