Playing Mass Effect 1 on Xbox One sound stops during first cutscene and continue

I started playing the original Mass Effect on Xbox One and the sound cuts off during the first cut scene and into gameplay. I've tried uninstalling and installing to see if that helps and still the same thing happens. Is their anything i can do for this?

Is the disk in good shape?

Did you tried to power cycle your Xbox?
