None of my games are launching.. Very frustrated!

I just bought the Mass Effect Trilogy off amazon and I am REALLY excited to start this series.. But after I had to download Origin and download the first game... When I click play, it says it is syncing to the game cloud thingy.. and then nothing happens. It just stops. The reason I'm so upset is because why do I have to have Origin and try to play these games from the cloud when I literally have all 6 discs right here.. Can anyone please help me get this figured out?

Thanks for the link! I'm excited to look into it.. but sadly.. The page will NOT load on any of my devices.. I get the "Uh Snap" Google Chrome page when I click it.

Hello I am having this same problem except that I cannot get the original thread to load no matter what I do. I keep getting the aw snap page. Please help
