Mass effect Spielstand weg und Hauptmenü schwarz

Hallo, I started the game Mass Effect ( 1 ) normaly and play it for a while. But then I noticed that I can't safe the game. Then I try to start the game again, at this point the main menu was just a black Screen.

I don't know what to do. Is there a chance to safe my savegame?

Try to run Origin and ME as an Administrator.
