Mass Effect won't load

Ok, so I was finally able to disconnect the cloud, so the "can't-load-the-cloud" thing is fixed, but Mass Effect still doesn't work. Whenever I try to run it, the "Mass Effect stopped working" window appears, even if I run it through Origin. Don't know how to fix it, I tried everything I'm not an expert tho

Ok, I finally fixed it by myself using the XP compatibility mode.
