Mass Effect origin stop working and my window 8.1 become not activate

Dear Team

I Think I have critical problem when I try to play this game. It can play few minutes and stop working return to desktop.

The problem is my window become not activate. Lucky I have set restore point and restore to before play

Only This game

I have many games on origin ,stem and uplay

never have problem like this

please help

Hey, have you tried setting the MassEffect.exe to run in Windows XP Service Pack 3 Compatibility mode?

You should be able to find it at C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect\Binaries by default.
