Mass Effect lost product code

Hey,

I've bought the Mass Effect trilogy in CD's some time ago, I wanted to install them now but discovered I lost the booklet containing the code.

Help! What do I do?

Sorry to hear that.

The only thing you can do is contact the retailer you got the game from and ask if they could provide you with another copy.

If they decline because you don't have a receipt or cos the purchase was to long ago the only thing you can do is to buy another copy.

@AyalaNaylo Holger's on the right track here, unfortunately.

The only chance is if you've played before, your account should still have the game codes assigned to it. If you log in with the same account you can redownload and play. However this does require the codes to have been consumed previously.

@EA_David Unfortunatly the only game I've already played in my Origin account is DA:I, so no Mass Effect here. I guess I've waited too long.

I'll try to contact the retailer.
