Mass Effect Won't Activate

Bought the ME trilogy, and downloaded all of the 3 games. None launch, and give the prompt in the picture. Anyone with a similar issue, if so how did you fix it?

@TMnTurtl3 It's sounds like a connection issue.

Restart your router and shut down your Windows firewall (just for testing purpose, don't forget to activate the firewall later on.)

Should it work after you disabled the firewall, here is a description how to allow a program to communicate through the firewall

If that not helps here is a EA connection troubleshooting guide.

@TMnTurtl3 I assume that the steps will fix this issue, but if it does persist, can you let us know if you encounter issues with any other PC/Origin games?
