Mass Effect 1 very low fps on a GTX970 i5 3750K

Hi guys.

The game runs at 30fps or less in some areas of the game (citadel, normandy ship, open areas...) 

i installed msi afterburner to watch gpu and cpu usage, and is less of 20% all time.

I dont know why the game runs like *

Other heavy games like Crysis 3 or Dragon Age Inquisition runs at 60fps+ with ultra settings 

Anyone else have this problem?

Hmm, can you set a profile in your GPU manager?

If you're playing in Origin, make sure the Origin in-game overlay is disabled.

Furthermore, in your Nvidia control panel, make sure the game runs on the Nvidia GPU and not the CPU's integrated chipset.
