Always run Origin as Administrator for the next steps.
- Disable "Origin in game" and any other overly software you might have.
- Disable your Antivirus software.
- Run the "MassEffect.exe" as administrator and try the different compatibility settings.
- Make sure Origin is closed, Move the "Config" folder from "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect" to a different place. > Start Origin > test
