Mass Effect 1 crash on start up

I had the Mass Effect Trilogy installed in german, then reinstalled all the games into English, now theres a problem that Mass Effect 1 just crashes on start up, ive tried to run as admin, tried to close Origin then run it, im at a real loss here... does anyone maybe have an idea?
