Mass Effect 1 EA Value Games CD won't Play-Launcher Play button non-clickable [ Edited ]

I used the CD to download the game to my computer, and all went well. Then after it finished downloading, I opened up the launcher only to see that the "Play" button was blacked out and non-clickable. I'm not certain of what to do at all to fix this. The one file I attached is the DxDiag. Please help me figure out what to do to make it work.

Thanks for the extra info. In that case please reach out to support, it looks like you might have a rare edition of the game that's not redeemable on Origin. Hopefully support can clear things up and convert your game to a working Origin version.

@Cheapazio Hi, did you redeem the associated code within Origin?

Perhaps clearing your Origin cache will help too.

The code that's in the Box doesn't work at all for Origin, and I did the cache reset and nothing still poped up.

Thank you for that link, they were able to find out it wasn't working just because the Code was too Old, so I was issued a new code and downloaded it!
