I've got a corrupted saved game! Help?

The autosave feature just messed up my save file! The Ps3 blocked and the "corrupted data" appeared... i've almost finished the game, 50 hours.... please tell me there's any fix, it's the first time i play ME, i've bought the trilogy and don't want to start from the 2...
