I'm suddenly encountering a graphics glitch. How do I fix? [ Edited ]

So, I recently reinstalled Mass Effect on my system so that a friend could play it. I've noticed in my save, that I'm encountering what I believe to be a bloom glitch in certain areas and when sniping.

Anyone have a clue as to what's causing it or how to fix it?

Running Win 7 64-bit, 8 GB ram, GTX 970, i5-4690K

Go to the in Game Graphic settings, disable "Dynamic Shadows" and "Motion Blur" >  Test

If that not helps change resolution > apply and then set the resulution back to its Nativ state . > Test
