I can't instal Mass Effect 1 from Mass Effect Trilogy

I've downloaded the game and when i click on "Install" the install bar begins moving and nothing happens... the game won't instal.

Has anyone ever helped you solve this problem?

Mass Effect 1 wouldn't play when I was trying to open it from Origin or from my Desktop, and foolishly before checking the forums, I uninstalled ME1 and attempted to reinstall it, but it won't install after the download.  I have even been trying to contact EA support and there is never a "channel" available, I just want to live chat or something and there is never anything.  Does EA only do regular business hours in the U.S. or something?  Any help would be great, thanks!
