How to import a ME1 CLOUD Save into Mass Effect 2?

I'm playing on a PC and I have Origin cloud saves enabled. Is there a way to get a local copy of my cloud saves to import? There doesn't seem to be a way to import it without a local save, and I do not have any local saves whatsoever.
