Game wont load

I purchased the Mass Effect trilogy this morning and after downloading the first one I tried to play it and it is not loading. It brings up the "Syncing with cloud" and then nothing happens, I have restarted my computer since then as well and still nothing. Just for kicks I tried starting up the sims 3 on here and it worked fine.
