So after I've done the boss battle vs. Saren I get the cutscene, get to choose the human council member, etcetera. When the credits are done rolling or skipped ( I tried both), instead of putting you back on the Normandy it goes straight to the menu and you don't get to actually 'complete' the game. The only save games that are left is the auto save at the Saren fight and any saves you made before yourself. Due to this issue I can't do the DLC and I can't use this save to import it to ME2 and ME3.
Some specs that may or may not matter:
I choose to save the council
Squad members are Garrus and Wrex
I'm playing as Technician.
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate edition (64-bit).
