Cant install on Windows7

I cant install the game on windows7

the install process starts and finishes with no error in log file

but when i klick on the game again it still says Install (no play button)

when i try to start it without origin, it says its not installed

i got a new "version" from support and tried admin and compatibility mode, but nothing helps

also reinstalled origin with support manual and new download

and downloaded the game 2 or 3 times

mass effect 2 and 3 work fine (single purchased)

any ideas?

thanks to support, problem solved

had to make a clean restart and login with an new admin user

than uninstall ME1 with http://www.revouninstaller.com/

and install it with origin in admin mode
