I recently purchased Mass Effects 1 and 2 through a bundle. When attempting to redeem their product keys, it worked for Mass Effect 2, but not Mass Effect 1. I've read in a few places that sometimes there are problems with old keys, but I'm not sure what I should do in that event. I've tried contacting customer support through the help.ea on multiple web browsers without luck. Is there an updated phone number I can call? Does anyone have an idea what I might be doing wrong? I'm 100% sure I copied the code down correctly, and it is a 20 digit product key. Thanks for the help.

Update: I was able to contact a game administrator through help.ea.com. They solved my issue, and this post is no longer necessary
