Can'T open mass effect 1

I bought mass effect triology a while ago and haven't played yet.  Decided to start mass effect 1 today and it won't load.

When i tried to play, I first got a first message saying something about a licence issue and it didnt start.  Everytime i retried playing, it just doesn't load.

Mass effect 2 & 3 that i got with the triology starts perfectly.

I tried to repair the game and it doesnt do anything. 

Could i have a Licence issue ?
