Won't let me use my google play Money bc it says I'm high risk and to come back in 30 mins. Been saying it for 2 days wtf.

How long does it take you guys to get back to someone. I emailed a problem I am still having. I want to fix this problem I'm having with my Madden mobile. I have checked with Google play and Verizon, before and the problem lies with you guys and my account. I had to get a replacement phone and I can't spend my Google play money on your game, I'm a big gamer, but I also can't link to spend money any other way either. Madden is the only game I can't spend money on.

No. It says error making purchases, and unavailable for the other Billings.

Can you let us know if these steps have an effect please:

1. Go to Settings
2. Apps (all)
3. Google Services Framework
4. Clear Data and then OK
