Stuck on loading screen

It has been a few days now and I've been in contact with ea support and they are doing nothing productive. Still stuck on loading screen even after I've tried logging out of Game Center, logged out of Facebook, deleted and redownloaded the app 5 times on 3 different wireless networks and also my data, also even tried a different device, because my account was linked to Facebook. I can start a new account but not play in my current one, which I have money in so I refuse to let it go. What is going on? Also my game and phone is completely up to date, it is not even a month old iPhone 7 that's not the problem either. Very disappointed in ea support. I am a level 12 overall 80 in the newest season, those pictures are not completely up to date, but most up to date I had.

I have this same problem and I called in to ask what the problem was and the guy and I had a painful 45 minute conversation and then ended up telling me my account can't sync with a server then led to do nothing to solve the problem. I think we're screwed

ive been in contact with EA now for about 5 days just for them to make me wait 3 more to talk their their specialist team, all that i know is they must fix the problem. Non of their trouble shooting solutions worked either. very disappointed in EA.

I'm sorry bro but EA gives no * whatsoever they're more worried about making money and * that they don't even wanna help people. They probably don't help anyone just sit and update the game. That's why there is always glitches and * they care about madden 18 not madden mobile or these dudes would fix the problem already. Maybe if they just update the game and patch some of the glitches people are having it would be good, but I don't think they won't because they're lazy as hell.

Apologies for the late response here. We are aware of, and currently investigating this issue where players are unable to play on their Facebook linked accounts.
