Postgame Missing rewards

On 2/11/17 many players were unable to play the Postgame live event after it was unlocked. Whenever a pass was completed, the app would crash. Now we have been unable to claim our rightful premium pack because of the glitch and I spent time unlocking the Postgame event only to not be able to receive the premium pack due to the glitch. I would like a reimbursement.
