Missing Training Day event items

Each time I complete the All-Pro (4 star) Training Day event I receive Training Day tokens but I have not been receiving the Training Day items mentioned in the event description. The event description states "Each time you complete this event, you earn a Training Day item!"

Is anybody else noticing this??

That's right. Still NOT recieving items clearly stated in the event description from 3 & 4 star Training Day events. Filed a claim & sent screenshots to EA as instructed but was sent a disclaimer telling me if my claim was false that I could be banned. With all of the mistakes in MM 18 how can I trust that you won't make a mistake with my claim & ban me. Just fix it, EA. Fix the event or it's description so players don't waste 30 & 40 stamina for nothing.
