Power cycling just means to fully power off your device, rather than putting it in sleep/standby, and then powering it back on.

I'm trying to log in with my Facebook account I get through but then I get kicked from the game. I already uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but the same thing happens

I am using the new Google touch screen computer that has google play on it and I was working for the first 3 weeks and now it is not even giving me the map. It crashes when it is loading and it says, "getting the drills". WTF i spent $3 on it and i have read all 600 plus of the comments and they don't help. I will file a complaint. This is unacceptable and I am really mad with madden and the maintenance crew.
