Madden Nfl mobile- Account banned with no reason?

I just spend $100 dollars on showstopper Aaron Rodger on last Friday, and now EA ban my account when I'm playing tournament game with no reason. Please fix asap please. I need to finish the tournament game this week.

I have absolutly same problem. During the tournament i was knocked out with the same issue. No reply from ea.

Still no response from lets_talk@ea.com, and now I miss my showdown event as well, really want to know why EA can ban my account and didn't give any reason. I just spend 100 dollars on this game and u guys ban my account immediately. And now I just want my account back and no one reply me at all. Nice job EA

After a day still no one reply me from email, I just want my account back. EA, I did nothing wrong and I still have 4200 Madden cash in my account. I purchase so much on this game, I cant accept my account is banned with no reason. Please reply ASAP.

Same thing for me. Just happened to me at 12 midnight 10/16. Both of my teams are "banned" for no reason whatsoever.

It was during a Tournament game for me too, I was between tiers, and it ended already I think, so I lost out on those tickets.

Emailed Lets_talk, still waiting for a response.
