Madden Mobile stuck on loading circle

I got madden mobile 18 and it's been working fine ever since it came out but about a day or 2 ago when I tried to log in it just showed the loading circle on loop. I know it's not cause of my connection. BTW I'm using a Facebook account, don't know if that means anything

Do not keep any application running in background while loading and playing Madden NFL Mobile and always use a reliable connection.

It's not because I'm running an app in the background or cause my connection isn't good. I'm able to sign into my 2nd account perfectly fine but the loading problem is only on my main account

I'm having the same problem since late last night on my iPhone. I've tried every suggestion from the Madden Mobile iOS trouble shooting page, but still every time I login to my account on Madden Mobile the app gets stuck with the loading circle spinning in the center.

**I have also tried starting as a new user, and the game runs perfectly. It is only when I login as my original account (through Game Center) that I get stuck with the loading circle.

If it's account related issue then I would suggest you to contact EA ,they can fix this issue.

I'm having the same problems. Sucks because I'm losing league tournaments & head to head matches because I can't play. I've tried to force stop the app, clear app cache, restart phone & even uninstall & reinstall app. Just submitted a ticket with EA. Hope they can figure out a fix quickly

Same thing happened to me as soon as this new update for the tournament's and legend players it's stuck on a loading circle. I've contacted Ea a couple times and called them and they still haven't fixed the problem. I honestly think they can't unless they update the game or give us an account recovery code so when can sync all are save data to google play or guest. I have even spent money on my account and I've already tried all the solutions listed on this website.
