Madden Mobile content missing

On madden nfl mobile on my iPad, I am missing a division collectible to complete the Mobile master Odell Beckham Jr set. I don't know how this happened but it did. I have been trying to figure out how to contact EA for a while now, and I just foun this today, December 13, 2015. If there is any way that it can be fixed please tell me because I need this collectible and a set collectible to complete the set. I also know that these collectibles cannot be quicksale do like the season and league collectibles because you can as many of those as you want, but the division collectibles you can not get as many as you want.

This hapened to my friend, go to help.ea and start a case file with your problem under missing content. Given the complexity of the issue they would have to send it to the specialist queue, which i am now on for a different problem, which could take a few weeks. But i believe it is worth the wait for odell.

As you can see in the picture I only have 38/40. One for a set collectible and one for the division collectible, you cannot sell the division collectibles and I'm close to finishing and getting the set collectibles. And in the second picture I'm showing, I am at 50million fans which is well above 10million which is the required amount to get all 13 collectibles

I reached 10 mill today assuming I'd get two collectibles when I hit hall of fame but I didnt... I'm positive I didn't quicksell the collectible since madden restricts that for the teir rewards so please don't try and offer me that solution... someone please help here's picture proof... if EA is reading this please contact me

Same thing happened to me. EA has opened a case. Hopefully it wont take too long. If they fix your problem tell me.

I have completed 90 total sets and I only have two of three set master collectibles for the Odell set. I should have 3 and I have already contacted EA through the madden mobile app and started a case with them but they said they weren't able to help me and they could only give me 10000 coins on my account. I am extremely close to getting Odell and I've heard of other people getting back their Collectibles for their Odell set but why can't they help me?

I am currently at 2.5 million fans and have 9/13 sets and should have 10/13. I would like to know when I can get that collectible back because I have spent about $50 dollars on the game for madden cash to refill my stamina and if I spent that money I would at least like to be able to have the 10 collectibles that I should have.

Same has happened to me. I now have around 12 million fans and I am in the Hall of Fame but I only received 11/13 of the Division Master Collectibles. I have completed every other required thing for Beckham but can't get him due to this glich.

Just recently reached the required 10M fans but for some reason did not get the last required Division Master Collectible for O. Beckham Jr. I would really appreciate some help, I've heard others have had this issue, long time Madden Player (PlayStation and Mobile)!
