Game service is inaccessible to internet connection

I have put so much time into this game and now I can't play because you guys blocked vpns and I dont know why. Im missing all of these promos.

I am trying to play my madden mobile, but every time I try to start the game it load for a little while and then it stop and ask me to come to this site and type in MaddenMobile, why is that happening
