Hi EA, seit dem Update vor 2 Tagen startet die App zwar aber nach 2 sek schließt es sich direkt. Vor dem Update lief alles einwandfrei. Ich habe nicht nur in dieser Saison einiges an Geld da rein gesteckt. Von Support Team kommt ja auch keine Hilfe oder Antwort auf mails.

Ich habe ein Huawei P8 lite emui 4.0 Android 6.0

Wie gesagt vor dem Update lief es einwandfrei. Habe auch schon die App de- & installiert, Speicher frei gemacht und was sonst noch an Tipps zu finden ist. Bitte helft mir jetzt mal und bekommt das Problem in den Griff. Versteh ja das es keine einfache Arbeit ist, aber vorher lief es doch auch.

Also was soll ich nun tun damit das Game madden mobile endlich wieder läuft?

Okay so it does seem like there is something going on with the Huawei P8/P9 devices here.

I have a Huawei cam l-21. Android 6. Kirin 620 CPU. 2 GB RAM. 1 GB free. Same problem as all mention in this post.

Since the March update, I can't get through the EA logo. Every time I open the game, it crashes after 2-3 seconds, right after the EA logo. I waited, but still can't access my account. I'm playing from Hungary and until now, this problem never happened. I use an android phone, Huawei P8 Lite. Game was working fine till the update. Been playing for almost 2 years now!! Please help, fix this problem, cuz I'm not the only one with this!
