Fan Favorite A.Peterson "Unknown Error"

When trying to place Fan Favorite A.Peterson into any set the game crashes to the title screen followed by an "Unknown Error" pop-up box. Is this happening to anyone else??

If, and only if your game is linked via Face book should you try the following:

I'm not linked to Facebook but it all worked fine the next day. I guess it fixed itself. Thx, Barry

Whenever I open the app it will start to load. Then a pop-up comes up and says, “unknown error occurred” then whenever I click ok it pops up again. It does it every time I open the app. I need help trying to fix it. Please and thank you.

Havent been able to open madden mobile for about 10h now, any ideas, keeps looking like this.. any ideas?

Thank you, but it doesnt seem to work for me. Uninstalled both the game and Facebook a couple of times but it still gives me the same message. What do I do now..?

Turns out it works when I disconnect my VPN.. but its the same Ive had for a year or so playing the game so I dont know why this is happening, some update in either that doesnt go well with the other maybe.
