Cant connect to account using wifi [ Edited ]

I cant connect the game using my home wifi "your account has been banned..."
But if i use 3g everything is ok. What to do?

Okay so it does look like we have taken action against your account. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:
