The same thing happens to us. It's been like this for weeks. Also, we have purchased Madden Cash so many times and never received the actual cash. It's a scam as EA Sports is taking a lot of players money. We have reported this to Apple and then EA Sports. We have provided EA Sports with all the detailed information to investigate and not a peep. Nothing. I'm going to report this to American Express and get full credits for all the Madden Cash we purchased but. O actual Madden Cash went into our account.

It's crazy that you can't reach anybody on the phone to discuss and receive help. Unbelievable.

Same problem happens with iTunes gift card or regular payment. Nothing seems to work

Hello Barry,

I have a case number with EA and its 27776757 and have provided a lot of detail which was requested by EA. I sent this info on 1/23 and have not received any response or resolution. For some reason, I continue to receive automated messages from EA asking for the same detailed info I've provided multiple times via email.
Not sure what's happening but trying to get some help with EA. Please review case when you get a chance. Thanks.
