I'm having same problem.  Apple told me only EA can fix.  EA told me only Apple can fix.  My son requested to purchase Madden cash about 2 months ago.  Because we're set up on iCloud for family approvals, I got the notification to approve or reject the purchase.  I ignored the notification.  Now my son wants to buy Madden cash and I'm ready to approve, but it's saying "Can't make purchase while Storekit transaction is already in progress"

Which platform are you on, iOS or Android?

Can you please post the following detail to help us look into this?

• Device being used, make and model
• Game version installed
• Operating system and version on the device
• A time stamp of when you last incurred this issue
• And if you can remember the time/date of when you first had a failed purchase that could be causing this issue.
• It would also be a big help/bonus if you can provide a screenshot of the error message you receive.

Ok here it is...why are you guys the only ones who can't write code to cancel appropriately? When a failed purchase happens...delete it! It's simple storekit coding...sorry no offense. This is my son's account and I'm trying to buy him madden cash and you have literally missed out on tons!! I'm about ready to give up...I'm 45 years old and have plenty...so I am serious about the fact that this has been going on for years!! Same problem...NO solution...come on EA!! Thanks
