Purchased Game Changer Packs

Bought 10 of these did not receive "gold" or better in some packs... Receive Customer Service packs as compensation... However EVERYONE received these packs regardless if they bought them or not.. NO COMPENSATION for Me... 

Subsequently had a chat session end abruptly with no resolution

on hold with "live" support for 10 minutes and disconnected....

call the  number back and it refers me to support.ea.com

This is the support provided by a Billion dollar company

EA/Origin Support is the worst i have ever dealt with..
