Madden 15 Xbox one roster official loading error..

I originally bought madden 15 for the 360. Played great and everything. Once I made the switch to Xbox one though I can not access anything on madden while I am on my account. After it says "press any button" it just stays on "Loading official roster" and it stays on it hours upon hours with no success. I thought it might have been just the xbox one but I can login to ea serves and play madden on a different account. Just not the one I used previous on the Xbox 360. Please help how can I fix this and get to the main menu.

The only workaround I've found for this issue is going back to the XBox One homescreen and loading a different game (other than Madden).  After the new game loads, return to the XBox One homescreen, then reload Madden again.
