Back when the game first came out, I had purchased the Ultimate Edition. I waited for the code error to be fixed, and it still has not. And I am unable to get to live chat because the link does not work please help Im getting very fed up

I am having the same issue I keep getting in contact with the EA Advisor and they tell me it is going to be fixed when a specialist arrives and to check later on and I receive the same BS, I'm expecting EA to compensate the people who purchased this version of the game, it's been over a month and still it isn't fixed
