I have tried everyday now, and it's still saying " We are experiencing difficulties displaying the number of MUT 15 Packs Opened for some players" Please fix this EA!!!!!!

Anyone got an answer back or now how to fix the issue? It shows 0 packs for me too. :/

Does anyone have the answer to this problem? It's a problem that's been unsolved for the longest time, and that "we're working on this issue" answer is ridiculous at this point. How long does it take to resolve this issue?
