Banned !!!!

This is so aggravating. I got banned from ea servers for no reason after putting money into the game. I sent in an email for an appeal and it has been a full week with no reply. So I would like to be unbanned or at least know why I'm banned. If I am not unbanned I would like a refund since I was banned without reason.
