Well I keep on trying to go get help from EA live chat but for all three of the it says that there is not an Advisor available!

  1. Make sure to choose a game, platform, category
  2. Make sure to choose US as your country
  3. Use Firefox as your browser, works best for me.
  4. Don't think it's a 24h thing, check back later (it was labor day in the US on Monday, so maybe live chat was closed)

Hi vaseha,

 

If you have lost access to your Origin account because the email address was changed by someone else, then please create a new temporary Origin account in order to contact a Game Advisor.

After some security checks they should be able to assist you with this matter.
