Playing PvZ GW2 on Win8 with Family Safety

I have a shared computer running windows 8 with family safety enabled.  I can load the game and play one character in PvZ GW2 but unable to switch characters, from plants to zombies, grow defenses, etc.  Is there a setting or privilege to enable/disable in family sharing to allow full access to the game?
