How to get the heal bomb for scientist ?

I've 2 scientist reached max level but still haven't get it. I bought bunch of stickers, and not get it.

Another way is transfer them from Garden Warfare 1 but you need to have them in that game as well as the game itself.

Alternate character abilities, like the Mega-Heal Bomb, Spiky Spikeweed and Super Stink Cloud, are all obtained completely at random through the purchase of Sticker packs. Well, there is no real way to get the mega heal bomb you just have to open sticker packs and hope you get lucky. Same goes with all other abilities you get them at random when you open sticker packs.

I played GW1 with Xbox 360 and GW2 with PS4. How popcap know I'm same person so it can be transferred ?
