However hopefully we can help to get this resolved. 

How does the Origin install fail, do you get any error messages? Any details at all may help.

Good luck with that, EA has no CS personnel, just a big fat banner reading "refunds here!" with nothing but empty desks underneath. EA doesn't work like that anyhow, unless you're ready to sue each and every staff member by name, you're not going to be able to get them to do a smidgeon of what they're supposed to. I am shocked that the company is still around. What with the recent Star Wars guffaw, I'm not surprised if they all close their doors down soon.
