SimCity Complete Edition Graphics Stop and Start

Ive just downloaded this on origin, and the graphics and sound stop and start and don't run smoothly.  I have a HP on windows 7 have checked my graphic drivers for updates via intel updater application and there aren't any.  Please help.

Intel graphics simply isn't good enough, exactly as per the system requirements.
