Team-up and Double strike vs. Deadly and Frenzy the others are all shared by now. Although frenzy got a lot more love lately than deadly (because deadly is frustrating and boring) for zombies and Team-up got more emphasis for plants. It doesn´t feel like it´s all balanced because Going Viral is so popular and sometimes overwhelming but its actually pretty fair all in all.

Overshoot is almost better than double strike... Let's not forget about that.

I agree its the better evergreen but its very limited to small bodies (with a reason)

I think it was fair that the zombies had that ability of ''Freeze'',  when they even have a Hero who can do it, the Yeti Hero ''Brain Freeze''.

I think the other skills depend on each class, such as the uncommon ''Splash Damage'' in few plants... its smarty.

Deadly is only for  Sneaky Zombies, i think...
